Boy Scouts of America Troop 39 was established in 1927 in West Los Angeles. Troop 39 has produced over 70 scouts earning the rank of Eagle Scout since its inception.

The scouts in Troop 39 are involved in a variety of programs such as camping, backpacking, fishing, river rafting, camporee competition, community services and many other fun activities.
